I have spoke all week on my socials about the importance of boundaries around your time, money, and energy.

I want to encourage you to set aside 15-minuets of intentional focus. This is dedicated time to really evaluate what is important to you as you go through this week and ensure that they make it to your calendar.

I don't mean just business tasks. Maybe it is family game night, or date night with your other half. If you don't intentionally plan ahead for what you want you are likely to look back on this week feeling lost, overwhelmed, pulled a million different ways, and maybe even upset because you didn't even make time for yourself or those who you care for the most.

This is only a small exercise to get you into the flow. I do have a template on creating an ideal week, but I don't want to gift that to you until you can commit to just getting started with a daily 15-minuets of focus. If you commit to this I will 1,000% send you the ideal weekly template and walk you through it.

Gabrielle is a niche coach who helps new and aspiring coaches scale their business through her signature trio: niche clarity, profitable programs, and aligned sales.

After 5 years of miserably working in 9-5 sales, Gabrielle got laid off from her job. 3 days later, her boyfriend got laid off from his job and they went from cushy corporate salaries to completely jobless while living across the country from their families.
